
WeMentor, inc. is a professional mentoring organization for emerging to experienced
entrepreneurs, business owners and executives. This includes artists, freelancers,
retailers, those in private practice and creative and design firms, entrepreneurial
engineers and architects, manufacturers, importers/exporters, nonprofit entity owners,
entrepreneurs, executive teams and others. What those
we serve have in common is that they desire and are committed to growing themselves as
leaders, their venture and those within it (whether it be one person or 50 employees).

Our mentoring process begins with a quantitative analysis of the way leaders run their
business, deal with conflict and display leadership, and entrepreneurial
characteristics/behaviors. Because of our process, clients build highly functional work
environments, profitable businesses and gain control of the direction of their lives and
their ventures over time. We do not rush through the process with our clients nor do we
work with opportunists or greed mongers focused on get rich quick schemes and the
exploitation of others. Running a business and growing with it takes time, energy and
resources. Our clients are interested in wealth creation generated from work they are
passionate about and invested in over the long-term.
We get in flow with the natural rhythm of the owner, the venture and its culture, and the
economy - locally, nationally and globally. We align our mentoring process to move forward
from there with specific goals and objectives in mind.
After the initial analysis, the mentoring process can include personal strategy sessions,
small group feedback in our peer mentoring leadership group program, classes and seminars.
With a five-year curriculum, WeMentor can provide, as much or as little mentoring needed to
help each leader learn from their past, embrace the present and build into the future.

The purpose of the Business Ownership Exploration Analysis is to uncover all aspects of
business ownership from your leadership, management and mentoring, marketing and sales,
operations, how you manage money and growth to how you handle conflict. This information
gives us a snapshot of your past, present and future. We summarize, calculate and analyze
the information from the tools we use, give you feedback and go over the results in our
written report. We then spend 3 personal mentoring sessions with you to begin implementing
your goals and objectives. From there, we have enough information and experience with you
to align our professional mentoring process to meet your needs.
What is involved?
- Two 2-hour sessions
- 1st session is to gather the data
- 2nd session is to give you the results
- Three 2-hour personal mentoring sessions to implement the results
