WeMentor, inc offers a holistic approach to growing entrepeneures and their businesses. This diagram shows some of the other types of business education and development groups and services that are available. But only WeMentor offers the whole picture, in one place.







WeMentor Focus:
Align our mentoring services to catapult entrepreneurs, business owners and executives toward clarifying, refining, implementing and achieving the visions for themselves, their staff and their venture.

WeMentor Goal:
To evolve the leadership and work environments in our country from a grass-roots, entrepreneurial perspective.

Networking Methods:
The Peer Mentoring Groups pull together people in the community that are working through similar situations. The WeMentor Collective is a group of successful business owners and executives that provide insight and perspective to our clients. And WeMentor maintains a listing of local support people, including accountants, lawyers and others.

Leadership Development Methods:
WeMentor offers a variety of seminars on an ongoing basis. Our Peer Mentoring Groups provide hands-on teamwork training and practice.

Executive Consulting Methods:
While the Peer Mentoring Groups are small enough to address each individual's needs, WeMentor also offers personal one-on-one mentoring sessions.

Education Methods:
Through local schools, in regular WeMentor workshops, seminars and through our newsletter, the WeMentor staff provide several educational opportunities throughout each year. We also offer audio tapes.






Focus:
Connecting people who can benefit one another. May involve education/training components.

Goal:
Increase client-base, build referral and resource networks.

Focus:
Personal and team skill development.

Goal:
Improve personal/ professional leadership abilities, develop productive work environment.
