The first year Peer Mentoring Partnership Group program is for those in partnering business relationships. The partnership can be life partners, married partners, friends in partnership and legal corporate partners. The objective of the annual partnership program is help partners grow to become highly functional in all aspects of their leadership.
Where do partners need to be in order to join?
- They need to want to identify, be uncomfortable for varied periods and move beyond any degree of dysfunction in the partnership and the business.
- They need to commit to doing what it takes to grow themselves and the business partnering relationship and do what is needed for the overall betterment of all involved.
- They need to want to play and experiment with new ways of interacting and leading together.
