Mentoring Groups
WeMentor peer mentoring groups bring together experienced business owners each month to discuss business and leadership issues in an interactive peer mentoring learning environment. Each participant of the peer mentoring group mentors and learns from one another. WeMentor provides curriculum material and discussion topics, but each mentoring group forges its own creative culture. In this creative environment, the peer group participants:
  • Challenge each other to expand the vision for the business and for the individual
  • Develop conscious intuitive leadership skills
  • Prioritize the issues confronting each person: as a business owner and leader

The Peer Mentoring Leadership Group program is for those beyond start-up. The mentoring environment is a mutually beneficial one. Participants are there to reach specific goals, to gain insights from peers in the group and to give feedback and insights to others. The facilitating mentor for the group has a flexible structure to follow with a tailored leadership curriculum to move the group forward as individual and group needs are met.

The annual program consists of 4 to 8 participants from differing disciplines or multiple industries. Competitors are not in the same group. They meet once per month as a group for 3-hours. Six personal mentoring sessions (2-hours each) are included in the annual tuition to move forward individually.

Group participants can continue their leadership growth in our group program for up to five years.

The Peer Mentoring Partnership Group program is for those in a legal business partnership: life partners, married partners, business partners only, friends and stockholders. Two partners are enrolled per group. If you have a legal entity with more than two partners, we would sort out what would work best for all partners.

Some partners are in crises as they lead in partnership. Others are heading down a path that could be destructive. While others have a strong foundation of working together, they would like to refine and build upon. Our Business Ownership Exploration Analysis is a process of exploration into all aspects of business ownership from the leadership, management and mentoring, marketing and sales, operations, how you manage money and growth to how each of you work through conflict.
